Product Description

Cozy and sunny 6th floor studio situated at Victoria Square in the centre of Athens, just opposite the Victoria metro station (green line), a four-minute walk from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Located in a very lively neighbourhood of central Athens, full of cafeterias, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets (some of which run on a 24 hours basis), it is also an ideal choice for students of other Athens Universities (e.g. National Technical Univ. -NTUA, Kapodistrian Univ. -KAPA, Agricultural Univ. -AUA).

The studio consists of a sunny two-unit room (A/C and double glaze windows) with a sofa which turns into a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It has access to a big balcony with a tent, equipped with table and chairs. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning & ironing facilities and WIFI internet connection are available. The building has also central heating for the winter months. A hairdresser is on the ground floor. Please note that parties are NOT allowed in the apartment!

Note that on the same floor there is also a two person apartment with a separate entrance (for details see Plateia Victorias 6, StayInAthens Shared Apartments). These are the only apartments on the floor, offering the tenants the option both to have their privacy and also communicate with each other.
