Dear First Semester Students,

as the departure time for many of you approaches soon we would like to thank you for an amazing semester! We would also like to thank you for all your constructive feedback on Stayinathen's function, especially from those Erasmus students taking part in the Entrepreneurship course provided by AUEB. Your comments were valuable for us and we will very happy to receive more of your feedback.

Thank you for showing us trust and confidence! We will try to provide you the services mentioned in our new Business Plan and we will be here for your return for a reunion with your Erasmus companions in Athens.

Do not be sad returning back, your Erasmus Spirit remains alive among the people you met and the experiences you had. Athens will always be your second home!

Dear  Second semester Students,

we would like to inform you that in order to receive the available results of accommodation for the second semester starting by February you will have to use the SPRING semester function, not the CUSTOM. Our dates are fixed in the system and if you put for example 2nd of February you will see the second semester apartments occupied just because the ending date of the first semester is 15th of February. So your starting date should be 15th of February and if you reach in Athens earlier we have no problem with that. Our site though works in this way and has fixed dates. Then after you make your contract contact us at info@stayinathens.com and we will explain you everything you need to know for the reservation the dates and the procedure of reception.

Dear Erasmus,

As the time for your first semester is approaching, we would like to inform you about the way Stayinathens works, especially for those who are not Erasmus Students of Aueb and know very little things about us. Your reservations are valid as long as you have completed your payments. The first dealine for payments is 15th of August 2011, that means till today, but those who will now make NEW reservations, from the flats remained in our list, can complete their payments till 30th of August. Do not forget that once you make a reservation and you wish to keep it you have to confirm it. Students have lost their acccommodation places just because they forgot to send us an email some days later to inform us they wish to keep those reservations.

These days, after we receive the last payments of the first reservations, all the unpaid reservations will be deleted in order to give the opportunity to new students who registered now in Stayinathens to get those places from students who do not want them. In case you have problems handling your payment issue on time send an email to info@stayinathens.com to state your situation and inform us about your payment delay. As for your arrival, we apply a Reception period for all our students starting by the beginning of September practically till 28th of September as on 29th to 2nd of October follows the trip to Myconos from ESN Athens AUEB and we participate in this event. However, for those reaching 29th, 30th of September and 1st of October we will organise their Reception as well only that not all the Stayinathens Staff will be in Athens.

So, throughout the reception period in September you are coming in our office and our driver guides all of you to your apartments. We also work throughout the weekend but there is one important detail. The working hours of Stayinathens will be EVERY DAY by 9.00 in the morning till 21.00 at night. So, in case you reach the airport after 21.00 is very difficult for us to assist you since your arrival in the center will probably be around 23.00. Of course for those reaching the center till 12 at night we might find a way but we present you here the general rule of the office hours. So, for those reaching late at night ,we will probably have to meet the day after in the morning. The organisation of the reception period is very important for us, for this reason once you make a valid reservation, you should register your arrival info in our site and so we can check each day all the students reaching Athens and know when to wait for them in our office. At the end of August a mail with all Stayinathens directions on how to reach us will be send to you. So, don't worry about the procedure, we will make sure everything works fine from your arrival till your departure back home.

Apart from dealing with your contracts, replying to your mails and organising the accommodation process, members of our team sing, make art and write novels...

Cleopatra our project manager just wrote her first novel "the city of immortal souls" too bad it is in Greek and you can't read it :-(

However  she is preparing a second one which you might be able to read some day....guess the title! It will be about ERASMUS, the ERASMUS of her life  :-)
